Did you know that Easter was named after the Germanic goddess of dawn, also named Easter? So, in a way, it is almost blasphemus to refer to the resurrection with this name. That is, if my sources are not lying to me, which I wouldn't be surprised if they did, as I did get this off of Wikipedia.

I knew you were going to say something like that. I don't see why. I was just providing interesting trivia facts about today. I think that people should be aware of the origin of the words that they are using.
