the other day at work, i met a guy who played major league baseball, and is in the hall of fame.

i can't remember his name. but this guy was HUGE. and totally dominican. or black. maybe you can figure out who he is.

hmmm... The dominican republic is one of the biggest producers of Major League baseball players. They sign them young; like 16 years old. He lives in the valey...hmm...I don't know who that could be.

Oh man, I'm so thrilled that you are standing up for my boy Griffey. I know I've been down on him since being with us (the Reds-- my team), what with him getting old and injured and whatnot, but I agree, this season he has won me over and is making me proud.

He's still got 3 more seasons in him. He'll break the 600 homer mark before he is through. I just hope he gets another chance at a ring.

tony clark is so good..he came out of nowhere, i am sad that he always comes through and the bullpen always messes it up.
if you're going to mention griffey junior, mention frank thomas. steroid free, average may be down, last few seasons are injury plagued, but he is still a machine

eeeeee. I would never mention the big hurt in the company of Griffey. Thomas doesnt have the talent that Griffey does-- although after just checking all-time stats it seems I think im being unfair. Thomas has better avg. obp. and ops. Let's just say that thomas, for whatever reasons (personality, star power, beauty), is not as appealing as that sweet left handed wonder, griffey jr.
