long time no talk

so i guess ill update.. not on what ive been doing just to keep things going. i guess you could say im still alive. though i may not look or feel it.. i am. i work 8+ hours a day with one day off. and possibly 4-6 hours of sleep a night. the only way i can move around is by way of some sort of energy drink. my live has been reduced to cell phones,
