I'm torn between saying Joshua and Minamimoto for your partner. On one hand, Joshua is treally intelligent, friendly (in a creepy way), and is light hearted enough to tease or take a tease back. Although, trust is one of the last things I think he'd offer you despite urging it. Maybe just for the partnership. Minamitmoto on the other hand is a complete mathamatic resource (woah, smart), funny, and jokes in that banter sort of way. He'd definitly keep time, but not so sure if he'd frustrate you. I'll go with Joshua.

Going with Joshua, too, for the reasons googuru_girl specified despite the trust issues. Though you'd also work well with Shiki, I think you're too similar in some respects - both of you taking the blame could cause problems and she doesn't compliment your roles as well, in my opinion.

I was thinking Shiki or Joshua but I am going with Joshua. I bet you two could joke around and tease which makes all situations a little easier. He always gets the job done. Too bad you wouldn't really be able to trust him, but the good thins outweigh the bad. I think.

Joshua. Really, everyone else has said it already, but he's definitely an intelligent guy who loves to tease and wouldn't mind the same treatment. Trust may be a tricky issue with him, unlike with Shiki, but he's also full of surprises, so that may not end up being a problem at all. Plus, he's always analytical!

Joshua definitely would work with you in the way you said, although you'd have to get him to not... I dunno, fool around and be so annoying, like he does through most of the game. Still, you have the same analytical, knowledge-based style, so I think he fits best.
