PERSONALLY...

004) What skill or quality do you have that benefits others the most? I'm very intelligent and logical, and I have a way of getting things done. I will slack, at times, but it always gets done. What's life without a little pressure? I'm also pretty calm and in control of myself, so whoever I work with doesn't really have to worry about outbursts from me.
005) Are you the leader, follower, loner, or come to leveled agreements? I will take the leadership position if I think whoever I'm working with isn't suitable for the job. Otherwise, I like to work with equal footing or towards my own goals. Sometimes, though, I'll let other people lead, just to see what they'll do. I'm never exactly a 'follower', though.
006) When working with someone, what traits are you looking or hoping they have? I want them to be at least fairly intelligent, and I don't want to have to babysit them. Someone with enough independence and brains to survive on their own, you know? I also have to get along at least somewhat well. I can't work well with someone who I just don't get along with. I also wouldn't mind if they had a sense of humor, since we'll need some entertainment.
007) What traits turn you away from successfully working with someone? Someone incredibly stubborn, idiotic, or impulsive. I also don't like rudeness, but if they have other traits that I desire, I can tolerate it. Also, I like my partners to have some skill. I don't want to be doing all the work. I need time to do things that I want.
008) Of the following, what is or are your roles?
- Sharper; a person who is full of drive to make things happen. Often happy, make their views known, don't mind being challenged, but also ready to challenge others ideals.
-Plant; a person who comes out with the original ideas and does not follow traditional means. Imaginative and see what others often can not.
- Resource; has the strongest contacts, information, knowledge, and support.
- Implementer; organized and effective in managing tasks and plans. Logical and disciplined.
-Team worker; most aware of other's needs, concerns, or unhappiness. Sensitive and supportive, trying to reduce conflict and keep peace.
-Completer; keeps time limit and deadlines in mind and makes sure others are aware of this.
-Evaluator; strategic and judges the situations from all perspectives. Tries to critical of all things.
- Specialist; specializes in certain skills and knowledge, but tends to take these as priority and the most important.
- Finisher; sticks to deadlines, gets things done even if they must take the task on. Irritated by others who do not put their own effort.
Resource, evaluator, and a little bit of implementer. And I suppose plant, as well.
009) After completing a task, what do you do for yourself or for your partner/team? I take time to do what I want, or attend to other business if it's pressing. Or maybe not. I might just slack off a bit and do some things that really aren't important at all.

TRUST...

010) Do you feel most comfortable working with a certain gender? Nope, it's irrelevant to me.
011) Is it important to be friends before or after working with someone? There are certain benefits with being friends before working with someone, but also disadvantages. One may be more prone to slacking off if they're working with friends. Still, I know my friends better than I know a stranger, so I'd rather work with them, for the most part. If it's a task where I can succeed by betraying others, though, I'd rather work with strangers.
012) For there to be success, what is most important? Planning, an effective strategy, an out, and some luck. And maybe expendable pawns. You can never have enough expendable pawns.
013) What environment is best to work in? Environment is irrelevant if I really need to buckle down and get stuff done, but I prefer environments with less people nagging me. And I like to have music playing.
014) How would you prefer your partner and you to tackle a project or problem? Artistically, analytically, conventionally...? Analytically, for the most part, but if we could make it artistic as well, that'd be wonderful. Nothing's better than a flawless, beautifully put together plan.
015) If there were any distractions, would you be caught in them or be the one to snap your partner out of it? It depends on the distraction. Some things are just too alluring.
016) For you to work with them again, what impression must they leave on you? A good one. Meaning that they were effective, at least.

BETRAYAL...

017) If the opportunity to leave your partner for another or work alone came up, would you? I would have to balance the gains and losses, and see which would benefit me most. It would also depend on the partner. I generally live by the saying "the ends justify the means", but I do have some standards, believe it or not.
018) Do you hold information back from someone if it would directly effect the way you both work? Yes.
019) Would you take things that happen between your partner and yourself on a personal level? I'd try not to. It'd get in the way of our work.
What do you do if...
020) Somehow, news that your partner is using you to complete the task, but take all the credit reaches you. If they're the type to use me, then they're probably not close to me. This means I'm probably using them right back. But the knowledge of this could be useful; especially if I knew what they were using me for and how they were doing it. Then I could manipulate them from there.
021) Something personal has happened to your partner that makes them unable to work or help? Well, they better snap out of it soon. They're not a very effective partner if they're moping all the time, are they? I'd probably have a talk with them and see if they could get back to working, again.
022) Something has gone wrong and someone needs to take the blame? Whoever did it takes the blame. I'm not going to accuse someone of something that was my fault. Unless I'm joking around with them.

PACT...

023) Hey! Pin Slammer is the hottest thing! Take a break and play with your partner? Sure~. We probably have time.
024) What two characters in Subaseka/TWEWY do you think make the best partners and why? Rhyme seems to get along well with everyone, and Shiki's enthusiastic enough to not really need any extra pushing to get the job done.
025) Who would be the most difficult character for you to trust to play beside in the Reaper's Game and why?
I would have trouble trusting Beat's work ethic and effectiveness.
