hmmm... purge periodically. Go through everything, and if it's unneeded, get rid of it. That tends to help with clutter, and that way you know where important documents are. I would also suggest a filing system of some sort. Hanging folders, an actual filing cabinet... whatever works best for you. Label the tabs and then keep anything important in them! :)
