I just get so tired of the "eat less/exercise more" mantra. Yes, it's a great thing *IF YOU ATE A LOT TO BEGIN WITH*. Which a lot of people *don't*.
And also, eat less...what? Doritos? Is that *really* the health plan?
Most people are NOT porking up on broccoli. So eating less broccoli is probably not the answer. We *do* need to change how we eat (and even view) food in this country.
Nutrition. Whole foods. Nourishing ourselves. Being healthy.
That's the answer.
Not just putting up the second ding-dong until later.

Hello, And I will reply to this and Bree's comment on being the person she is and the kind of person we all need to be. I am a friend of Bree's and have known her for quit a while, She is one of the most intelligent person I know and just to know her has changed my life forever. She will make you think things through whether you want to or not..She is a wonderful mother and a great wife, I could only hope to have a wife that was half the woman and mother that she is and If alot of you (her friends) want alittle glimpse of Bree, then watch MONA LISA SMILES and you have seen Bree for the most part, she is smart and will never back down from a challenge and welcomes any and all on-comers. She is so strong that is can be if she chooses to be a submissive person, and to me that is as strong or stronger than any "DOM" that I have ever known..... WARNING...DON'T GET IN HER WAY, she does not back down....and I like to think of her as my little Mona Lisa Smiles...... C
oh, puhleeeezzzz...I have had mucho many like-minded ladies referred to me by eHarmony and as of today, I am telling them...NOOOO MOOOORRRRE ...it is suffocating me, and I really can't take too much more of their *inside the counts* links with me...gagamaggotbigtime

A lot of fat people are malnourished. Telling them to eat less is *not* the answer to their problem.

...in moderation, with a balanced life, most anything can be good for you, using common sense obviously...
...still got your mind wrapped?...too stubborn to say you can't figure it out?...still remember what "it" is?...hahahaha

***I don't think you *quite* put it that way in *your* journal!
Fact is, I don't expect anyone to be turned on by anything that doesn't turn them on. Body hair. Blue eyes. Fat.
I *do* think it's what's inside that counts. And I think people who shun people based on *any outward thing* are limiting themselves.
Having said that, D absolutely likes me thinner. I can't change that, so I change *me* to be more of what he wants.
Blast away. :)

***Shouldn't that be "muwahahahaha"? *grin*
I *think* the answer (for me) is living for today. Not worrying about tomorrow.
So how'd I do, Dr. Professor?
*grin*
