First of all, I just want to thank everyone that voted NO. You son of a bitches. It's a universal privilage to go to school you fucking idiots. All of you senior citizens and parents that think "the budget is too much" WHO PAYED FOR YOUR EDUCATION?! That's right, your parents, and grandparents and all of the elderly in the county. It's too bad the ( Read more... )

its rande. i seriously feel the same way. i heard one person talking before saying, "I VOTED NO BECAUSE ALL THATS GONNA HAPPEN IS THAT THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS LOOSE ALL THEIR FANCY JERSEYS. WELL THEY DONT NEED IT." sorry but there wont be teams to have jerseys on. and without drama i may kill myself. im seriously contemplating taking up marijuana as well. let me know ur dealer. everyone that voted NO are the most selfish people i have ever met. and if i saw one of those people i would spit on them. and gettin in trouble for that wouldnt mean anyhting because im not going to college anymore anyhow so who gives a fuckign shit.

This is the most stereotypical, on-the-surface argument I've read so far. Have you looked at the budget? I understand that you are upset about what happened, but it's not as though the "senior citizens and parents" of Mahopac hate the children and want them to "smoke, masturbate, and hang out with friends" as you claim ( ... )

But how the hell do you know anything about how the town government operates? The town is run poorly because the school budget failed? I'm not going to continue this discussion, but I am so frustrated with people just making these massive generalizations.

I am so glad to be getting away from here. Best of luck for your senior year.

OK, Kevin and Roger both made me feel pretty dumb, I'm not gunna lie. But you are not intelligent at all. I'm not only talking about the school budget vote, I'm talking about all taxes. They would be a lot lower if we had any useful commercial real estate. But the voters and people that want this town don't want that, they want a peaceful quiet area. This town cannot sustain itself without a different tax source other than your parents and my parents. I can see now why Kevin and Roger got so mad at me, because what you wrote is so inane I'm flabbergasted. This town is mismanaged, it's pretty factual considering taxes are so high, not just school taxes.

Um, my grandmother was born in 1912. Her education was certainly a lot cheaper than mine was. They didn't have computers when she went to school. Your comparison is not justified and you sound like an idiot ( ... )

hey,

You have some valid arguements sir. And some not so valid arguemnts. I also just started a sentance with and....

Here is what I'm thinking:
a.) Make your own drama club and use a community stage like sycamore park or something.
b.) Do a fund raiser (or several). With all the kids in drama im sure you can all raise enough money to put on one more show.

isnt is weird how several means 3 or 4...like instead of 7? I think so.

Just some random thoughts from probably the coolest kid you'll ever meet.
