Okay, so we didn't get our Chem test back today, so I still don't know what I made, but eh, no use worrying about it. That's the view I like leaving tests with. I mean, c'mon, not like it'll magically change the test grade. I prepped myself as well as I could and went in there knowing most of my stuff and especially the concept stuff, and only ( Read more... )

I imagine it's probably not anything serious. Just need to stretch them. Most people get that way when they run/whatever and don't stretch.

And even just stretching isn't enough, it really helps to do ALL the stretches, or at least the RIGHT ones.

My kneecaps (specially my left) seem to hurt. I know stretching would help, and how to do ones that would help. But I'm just too lazy to do them...I'd rather live in pain. :p

That's the thing, I do a lot of stretching when I run. Add to that the fact I've never had any aches before all the years of my life and that's what makes me slightly concerned. Eh, I'll just experiment with some things to see if it makes a difference before going to a doctor.

Hamstrings? Inner thigh muscles? Outter thigh muscles? How about the quads? And your calves? Gotta stretch all of that before that could't be the problem...then, of course, there's eating properly, which I sometimes doubted you were doing...and if that doesn't seem to work, then it's either your cartilidge deteriorating within your knees, or truly the dreaded ss...something serious. :p

If it's cartilidge, that means either surgery, or taking Glucosamine Chondritin...unless you wanna figure out which foods provide you all of the best padding between your bones, and eat all of those.

If you wanna safeguard against/cure arthritis, buy some Certo at Wal-Mart. Ask an employee, it's used to thicken foods. Mix two tablespoons with grapejuice for each dose.

Nah, it's not my bones or cartalige or knees, it's my calves mostly. I think most of it's muscle with a little possible bone, again in my lower legs. It's not my joints at all. Given, I have rather strong bones genetically (at teeth, I get that from my dad's side, I think, although my cousin...), so I'm not so worried about that. It's probably just a combination of things that have more to do with growth (of muscle and possibly bone) opposed to shock and vibration than anything else. Maybe I need thicker soled shoes...
