today i started a 28-day journey of killing the parasites in my stomach, face, and liver. courtesy of the totally hippyish Doctah B.

as such, i have effectively been turned into a vegan for 28 days. no milk, no meat, no processed foods, nothing inorganic. i'll fit right in with the santa cruz kids.
