I requested all the addresses and details of the Kwik-Fit centres in Poland today from the guy who runs it over there. Yeah THANKS for sending it all IN POLISH... duh... *bangs head on desk*

why would you want all the locations in poland anyway.... lol... they probably assume you knew polish!! :)

Because they want the "locate a centre" map updating so that visitors to the corporate site can locate a KF centre close to them, even if they're in Poland. And they KNOW I'm English, otherwise I'd have written the requesting email in Polish! Kwik-Fit management is stupid!

well some people just can't think like that... poland means polish so they put it in polish despite the request being in english maybe they're stupid they can't read minds...
