it means that if you're not already her friend and you read her journal, you comment on there to be added to her friends list so you can keep reading it.

does that make sense?

omg i love your icon! lol i'm so add. ok um it's really really annoying and hard to explain and you have to go back and individually make each entry friends only, it's stupid and takes a lot of time, as you can see i obviously didn't do it with mine, just the recent ones. i'm sorry about your stalker, sounds like a big stupidhead, yes i know a 3rd grade insult but thats about my maturity level.
