It's official. Apache hates me...or at least Apache hates Windows ME, which is not surprising. I spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work, but it looks like every version has a bug when running under Windows ME

Is it even possible to run Apache under ME? ME is the evilest thing created. I wouldn't go near it with a barge pole. Get XP proffessional, that'll run Apache and the like. Though a tad expensive.

Believe or not, I finally installed it this morning using a very old version.
And thanks for the hosting thing. I'll think about it when I'm no longer broke. ;)

Do you know somewhere that has a tutorial or some kind of script for doing to navigation thing in PHP with the x?= thing? Or something along those lines. I really need to PHPify my site and I can't find how to do it. I'm sure it's pretty simple but just need a start.

This kind of coding is very insecure, you told me that once. One of the places that host my sites have it disabled.
Click here, you'll find two methods to change your site to PHP. Personally I like php includes ( the second method ).
