I understand what you're going through. I wish I could help more. I could sit here and tell you that you need to do this and that and maybe you'd do it, but these things are either easier said than done, or pointless. What I will tell you, though, is that writing this down is good. I know writing has always been your weak point but just writing your thoughts (doesn't have to be creative) is one of the best things you can do. Write as much as you can and publish it online (anonymously or not). This will eventually spark some dialogue that might help you move forward

Also, you don't have to become a dietitian. Don't put yourself in that box if you want to. But please, do finish school! You'll regret it if you don't. And relax! you're not supposed to freak out about "what do I do now" until after graduation. Just try to have as much fun as you can. That is a goal in itself!
