No idea. I was up until 5:00am and have woken up a hundred times since then. I lose at sleeping well.

I have a problem with insomnia... but this helps a bit for falling asleep.

I'm told valerian root is magic for getting sleep but I haven't tried it yet. Joel swears by the stuff though.

Pills. I down about 5 tylenol pm every night, and after about an hour, I'm a lump of lifeless flesh unknowing of its own existence. Seriously. Pills.

Valerian root can lead to bad hallucinations if not taken right before you sleep....

go with lunesta or other sleepytime pills.

Exercise at night helps too. Works off all your extra energy.
