A/N - Remember when I said it would be three parts? Here is further proof I am a big, fat liar.
"Love is a never-ending act of forgiveness" - Jan Karon
“Andy, please… please don’t”. He reaches for her just as she turns away. For the second time that day, he gently grabs her arm and turns her around to face him. She won’t look at him though, her

Really loved Andy’s stream of consciousness there - thinking Sam regretted it but not being able to regret it herself. And LOVE the comparison to her mother’s abandonment and how it was so much worse. And the little things that reminded her of him….so good. But did you seriously have to go there…where she imagined…I can’t even say it.
I could just see her processing the whole thing and the realization that she could be a ‘Jo’. I do truly believe that would really bother her so her reaction was exactly right.
Great description: Sam tries (yet again) to keep up with the little hamster on the wheel in her brain.
And the breakup - WE decided we were better off as friends. Too funny.
The ending though…so GREAT - him saying the words, making sure she could see how much he meant…and even better that he didn’t negate it with a joke. Those last three words said everything.

Love writing Andy, she is easy (no pun intended) but Sam...well, nothing about that guy is easy, but I am learning right along with him.
Thanks again for playing!

Happened to stumble across your fic today and its sooo good. There's truely so much emotion in this story. Its what makes this pair so relatable and loveable.
Loved part 2, it was filled with so much heat and chemistry that these two have. Still undercover the smallest thing reminded her of Sam, they're meant to be.
Ugh, her thinking of Marlo and Sams future»wanted to puke(I've never even thought that far lol)
Her comparing herself to Jo was the ultimate, only Andy can be so hard on herself. Nuh uh Andy..you're in no way a Jo lol.
He finally says the 3 magical words without some dumbass follow up or joke. She waited for that inevitable punch line AND there was none!!! That right there should have been when he confessed to Andy in the locker room in 3x13. No punch line required. Ugh..this show!!Makes me crazy.
Looking forward to the next instalment :)
Happy writing

Glad you liked it so far, hopefully the next part would be toooo far over the edge of believability. Just love these characters, they beg to be figured out.
Also, they could use some serious time on the therapist's couch...in addition to some serious make-up time on their own.

I hope you got a chance to read the rest of the story and was to your liking (sorry about the cliffhangers, they just kind of happened). :)

I JUST THINK SHE SHOULDN'T REGRET IT BECAUSE HE'S HERS. IT IS TOTALLY JUSTIFIED IN MY HEAD BECAUSE SHE LOVES HIM AND HE LOVES HER BACK. IT'S TWISTED, I KNOW, BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.
And she cries herself to hiccups when she sees Sam with Marlo :(
I love how he comforts us and assures her he brokeup with Marlo and then she walks away baha
HE LOVES HER AND THERE IS NO PUNCH LINE. YOU CAN'T JUST STOP THERE. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHAT'S NEXTTTTTTTTTTTTT?!
