Hahahaha! I loved that you turned our Twitter conversation into a ficlet. And apparently I'm just as naïve as Andy and Madiha because I also had no clue what "milkshake" really referred to. I'm an "innocent" catholic school girl (or live under a rock).

YOU'RE BAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKK!!! woohoo! LOVE that Madiha's twitter lesson turned into a ficlet. I may have woken up this morning in the middle of a salacious dream involving one of the main characters in this story. And THEN I read this. Ohhhh, it's going to be an interesting day.
ANYWHO... Sam's line--perfect. And it's always the best when McNally spits out sexual innuendo without meaning to. I could clearly picture her bumbling. These two fools. Let S5 be the season of milkshakes--enough with the smoothies.

I shall fess up that I too did not know the meaning. I mean I knew it had to be something but did not know the specifics.

Only Gail would have the guts to do that I think and Sam. I could totally picture a stoic reaction but I'm pretty sure he had trouble concentrating on work when he got back to his office.
