Put your mouse pointer over one of the pictures. RIGHT click ONCE. From the menu, select Save Picture as..
Up top, select WHERE you want to save the picture.
In the box NAME the picture. Then click ok.

Then just add photo to your live journal like you do with any of your pictures. (in the Your Settings : Your Pictures area)

Here they both are again... Let me know if you have any problems still.
