Yesterday marked the start of Advent, the Christian church season that prepares for Christmas. Some of my fave music @ work; some of the most fun things to do all year (CHOKLIT INNA CALENDAR; WOO); and ... well. I love the cold and snow, so moving closer and closer to the solstice always makes me happy.

You can't be cheating on your OTP with a pairing from another fandom. Or else, I've been cheating on my Trek OTP for a year now! :O They were the pairing that introduced me to fanfiction and this glorious thing called "shipping." (I'm a cynical anti-romantic at heart--who usually throws things at the television when the writers start pairing up characters. "ENOUGH WITH THE KISSY-KISSY! BLOW-UP STUFF ALREADY!!" Wow. I've come a long way, baby.)

I liked your Advent one (I so remember wanting Sarah to win but remembered this was a Subtilior story) but if I really want to creep myself out, I read your Erlkonig one during this time of the year, which I have to say is by far one the scariest stories I've ever read.
