I remember from training: the true definition of terrorism is the randomness of the attack. The purpose is to throw a given society off balance. He fits the bill.

When you get him, mind shooting him a few extra times for me? Though in a way... makes since coming out of the south. I lived in Atlanta most of the people I met were rude to people with an open mind about things.
