-I GOT AN IPOD! It's all kinds of amazing, I got a really good deal from my friend who works at best buy, he got me a good price on a 30 gig color screen...so far i have something like 1200 songs, and its only like 20% of it's capacity...awesome...its so fascinating, but i'm easily fascinated

just curious, how much did you get the ipod for? I've been making a shitload of money this summer (although I have many many other things I need to take care of first) but I've really been contemplating getting one, but I want to get a super deal.

I got a 30 gig for just under 300, so basically i got a 30 gig for the price of a 20 gig...But my friend works there, and the box was "pre-opened", so that's how I got that deal

there's nothing wrong with 20 gigs though, just depends on how much you want to store on there

I've been looking on ebay to get one and also I haven't cheecked out on campus, but supposedly we get a pretty cool student discount. Theres just no way I'm paying 300 for 20 gigs. Ugh. Ebay, it's about 200 for 20 gigs.
