Anniversary dinner

I fixed my wife a wedding anniversary dinner the other evening. A 1.2 pound steak and large baked potato were the main course. She made a chocolate cake with chocolate icing (from scratch)...so I cut her a big slab of it. She ate everything! I was happy. I am not a sweets eater, but I sure love steak...prime rib is my choice. Also, baked potato soaked in butter with some cheddar, green onion and bacon with sour cream.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I fixed a big stack of pancakes, bacon, and fried eggs one night for supper. The M&M dish has been refilled. I'm trying like hell to get her back up to where she was, but it's slow.....toooooo slow :(

Keep fixing meals like that everyday, and serve huge quantities...of course, you and the daughter may have to add some pounds to further the cause....
