Hello everyone. I fixed big thick porkchops tonight, with potatoes, etc etc. I made sure my wife got the biggest, plumpest chop...they were monsters. She ate all of hers, part of mine, then laid down on the couch and went to sleep. Gotta love that cycle!! Eat and then sleep....hmmmmm, does a body good

I fixed a "breakfast" dinner this week. Big skillet of fried potatoes, 1 1/2 lb of bacon, and fried eggs. I fixed the plates. My wife's had a huge pile of potatoes, 3 fried eggs. Big batch of chocolate chips cookies today! Wife has been nibbling at them all day. At least six disappeared, maybe more. Those cookies are always a winner! Anyone have any suggestions for fattening food/desserts? I'm always willing to experiment with new recipes. Thanks

The house is full of snacks. Pretzels, cheese crackers, M&Ms, soft chips ahoy cookies, oreos, hershey bars, mini muffins, etc etc. The more that's around, the easier it is for my wife to graze on them ( Read more... )

It's that time of year! Lots of food to be found.
