Letting Dean think he could save his family when you knew he had no chance was a dick move. THANK YOU! I thought I was the only person in the world who was feeling that way! I was too busy feeling horrible for Dean who had to find out he "couldn't have stopped it" after listening to his mother be so adamant about her children never living like she did, rather than enjoy what I'm sure what meant to be a stellar episode.
I also don't need it hammered home that Castiel is non-human. While I appreciate that Kripke et al are making the Angel of God fierce and warlike rather than fluffy and warm, I get it already. Thank you.
RE: Endgame.... *shakes head* I couldn't agree more.
*smile* Hey, thanks for commenting. Srsly, I know you don't have to, and I appreciate it!
I dunno about you, but the word "anvil" keeps popping up in my head more and more this season. That conversation between Mary and Dean...I felt it coming, ya know? Poor Dean, but there is something to be said for subtlety...
