I know, I'm not totally anti-hunting, but after I saw one just stand there and look at me, and then walk away, I felt even worse about the hunting. I'm glad I didn't see anyone taking one away.
There was a really depressing wildlife programme a while back about a scientist who used to live in the forest studying various bears in the US. It followed him through a year, and a number of his subjects were shot dead throughout the course of the programme. It was really tragic - he'd been following the cubs from birth.
