cause I am angry. at food, at people, at fuckin CNAs who treat me like a slave AND talk for patients. I have a bachelors degree   I took a job so far from my field and education because I had to. I can advance here. if I wanted to and wasn't going to grad school in a year I'm sure I could move

Bacon is indeed a brilliant angry food. I finally got some- cold, a single piece, and all I had time to do was essentially gulp it down like a starving dog - I may have actually like dug into it with my teeth and ripped a bit off for sheer aggression sake and for a moment it did help. I was alone in the galley, but I don't think I'd have changed it if I'd been in the cafeteria

I actually and actively want to do my best for the patients- I've been called a blessing, angel (that one made me cry...Palliative Care floor gets to me but I wouldn't trade it for anything), and 'the sweetest girl' in the 3 weeks I've been on my own. And my floors, I found out yesterday have some of the highest (still low but high compared to that hospital's reputation) scores for service. It's not solely me, but, I take pride in my part in it.It is the only thing sometimes. But it's really kinda maddening to know that it's cross board this sort of 'hazing' process. Especially in a field to care for people. Even if it's just bringing trays and collecting them or anything seemingly small. Oh well, my applications are only waiting on my recommendations and I have to email my adviser about that, so they are essentially in. So I have that
