so it takes verizon 4 days to fix a downed telephone line. 4 days. what could they be doing? oh wait... it must be repairing the tornado damaged wires because i live in oklahoma!
so if you're a few days late in paying they charge you a fee or even shut off your phone. so when do i get my credit for extra cell phone usage due to their understaffed

i can't fault verizon too much, i mean, the internet on my phone is about 2x faster than aol dialup.
