Im best friends with this girl so i think i should know how she feels of all people...she really really liked you for a while and one night you told her you liked her as well but then you told her nvm cause you were drunk, which kinda gave her hopes up..she still liked you and then you started liking her for real as well...you hung out for a while and then yes drifted so then the liking started to drift as well and she never said no to you when you asked her if she liked you..she said not as much anymore..and when you asked her what she would say if you asked her out she said she didnt like you enough anymore to go out with you which is understandable and you got upset about it..but yeah its not her fault she didnt like you as much anymore but she still likes you more than a friend but not enough to go out...and everything wasnt a waste of time..but maybe you guys should get close again and wait a while and see how she feels..

okay its pretty simple..for this girl if she goes out with someone she really wants to like them a lot...so she likes you more than a friend definately but just not quite enough to go out with you, which is totally understandable..if you still don't get it just ask me and ill tell you in person.
