ATTENTION PLEASE READ
i've been working on a screenplay for forever. i have maybe only a quarter of it down, and i condensed that quarter into what is in the lj cut below. it's jarred and choppy, i know, and i realize it's a bit of a read, but i would really appreciate all feedback -- good or back. the more criticism, the better. please read and tell me what you think

i am mildly interested in what happens next. seems like that would only take up about 10-15 minutes tops.
can i do the music (aside from Jack and Diane)?

i'm not sure "jack and diane" is the song i want to use... it's the mood but it might be too cliche.
my thoughts so far are: "mambo sun" by t-rex for liv and phil's little coke/xanax/sex session, and eric clapton's "promises," two gallants' "crow jane," laura branigan's "gloria," kings of leon's "milk" and the articolo 31 remix of dylan's "like a rolling stone" somewhere in there... obviously this is theoretical and i'm most likely never gonna finish writing this, but... any thoughts? other song (or other) suggestions?
