Theres not only a bible link, there is also a virtual Tibetan Prayer Wheel, Buddhist beads and the like. Its quite mindboggling. Plus i think there is one dancing schoolgirl one that u might like alot

Wow... that's a lot of widgets...

i'm left only with Weather and Worldtime after my system got a tad sluggish.

Yea, it does slow down the thingy abit, esp if i put it to sleep and open the screen again, it used to work instantaneously now i see quite abit of lag time

But nonetheless it really is a very good idea! if i am not wrong this will become a standard feature on the next OS, cool yea?

Nonono, its for mac. But windows too, but you guys dont get as many widgets as us. I think this is one of the few times that we have more to choose from!! :D

I think after my last paper I will start working on my own widget. There is a dearth of Asian (note: Non Jap) widgets such as those for real-time news from CNA/Yahoo.sg or Singapore webcams will be cool... you have any ideas what to make?

heh heh... will do that later. having some problems uploading the pic to my photobucket.

as for Asian widgets, yeah, CNA would be cool. And someone's been nagging me to make a widget for a certain personals website... heh.

The news one can be covered by "Kontent". Very good source of news without even opening browsers
