Chiang Mai by night

Because Chiangmai is situated high up in the mountains, by night the temerature plummets to around 13-18 degrees, and jackets are necessary (i'm really the type of guy prefers to wear jackets partly due to the fact that i'm skinny). On sunday nights, this part of Chiangmai near Taepae Gate becomes closed to traffic and becomes a great pasar malam (

I bought a bit of everything the other time. My favourite is still the fried grasshopper. They sell all these in Singapore too... :)

its not a holiday, it was a mission trip where i went to teach English to Thai students and run/organise christmas parties amongst other stuff
