Sorry I'm so late replying to you here! [sigh] I'm leaning toward Garrus, because Rika's reasoning makes a lot of sense to me. It would've been easy for the wolves to lead the voting and claim first-day confusion.

Then again... Sorry, this just occurred to me. Considering both me and Guy didn't vote in the first ousting, whichever of us is the wolf, that means only two of them voted. So they could only have done so much to lead it...
