I couldn't get the info to work. How is the hooking of the penis triggered? Why would a rapist either have this condom to use, or ask the victim if she has a condom??

It's a diaphragm. And I'm not sure, but I think it's kind of the same priciple of a fishing hook, the hooking mechanisms are already in hooking position.
