Well folks, I did it! I spent NYE in a crowd of millions, dancing in the street (or 7th Ave to be precise) to see the ball drop at midnight in Times Square. It was below freezing, but I rugged up and braved the chill with my family, and we were very impressed by the organisation, the excellent behaviour, and most importantly, the rapid trip home on
