(no subject)
I am SO over with French. Not the language, because I love it and everything, but the class. French 1-2 was effortless. French 3-4 was easy. French 5-6 was kind of hard. And now AP French 7-8 is.. unreasonable for me. I don't like it. I don't like the way Madame Cohen is teaching us (which is like, not even really teaching at all) and the stuff is too fast. Too ugly. Plus there's no way in hell I'm taking the AP test and actually passing in that subject. So what the heck is the point, right? AH. Yes. Today I'm going Mrs. Jones and begging her to let me drop the class. She'd better.
The weekend was good. Fun. Fulfilling. I finally got around to seeing Garden State which was, as you all probably already know, fantastic. I loved it. Adored it. I want to see it again. Who's coming with me.
Also saw Sky Captain..., which was good. Not nearly as good, but good anyway. Jude Law is one of the most gorgeous people EVER, so how bad can it actually be. I was dying the entire movie. I don't know. It was cute. He was too, but the movie itself was cute. It was funny. It was also serious. You know how that is? I didn't cry though, what the heck.
Also rented The United States of Leland, except I fell asleep while we were watching (not because it was boring! but because it was late and I was tired). So I don't know how it was. I'll get back to you.
I was sleeping by the pool and then these loud teenagers came over and woke me up. What the heck.
I have to be at school in 35 minutes. This weekend I have to go to USC for a SATprep course. Two days, six hours each. All alone. I'm gonna DIE! And then the next weekend I take the stupid thing for the last time. If I get the same score as last time, I'm screwing a private liberal and a UC and a CSU and am going to a community college with Shawna and Candice. That's probably what will happen. Which isn't bad. I win, or I win.
I just got Mommy Approval for dropping.
