It truly is lovely outside. I could paint a picture of a day like today. I thought perhaps to cart you around in that chair of yours.

[sits down on the edge of the bed, a small teasing smirk playing on his lips]

But of course, your health is always our first concern. I would not wish to expose you to the elements in your current condition. I'm sure your doctors and family would be quite cross with me if our gallivanting around caused any unneeded stress to your poor foot. [pulls back the bottom of the covers to take a peek at Sebastian's foot, then quickly drops the cover back down] I think you were right before. It is looking rather prone to gangrene, I must say.
