I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU! I miss you. How was camping? Wish you hadn't just taken a week off, I would've asked if you wanted to come with us to SF.

Today I have an appointment with Dr J at 11:15 and then lunch with Hubby, but nothing after that. Tomorrow I have a gastro appointment at 10:15 then I'm going to see Dark Knight Rises with N & R, but I'm free after that. Assuming that you are working both days, I expect I'll be free and home by the time you are available! Wanna do dinner?

Did you see the 2nd White Collar ep? (I did, but I don't mind seeing it again if you haven't; can't wait for the next one!)

And you still haven't seen all of Sherlock.

Well, oldest dd was cast as one of the Bad Idea Bears in Avenue Q, which is just amusing me to no end. She's more the "wait, let's think twice about this" bear type irl.

And, as your dh was disappointed in San Diego, I think y'all should come to NOLA Comic Con! Wouldn't that be fun?

Wait. Avenue Q? How old is she now? Time goes by and I know she's got to be way older than I think, but in my mind she's too young to be in a play that has on-stage sex, even if it is puppet sex! :-) But go her! Very very cool!

I'm still upset that you were not online when I was spending too much time in NOLA being scared and alone...

The year after next (I think; after D#2 starts college, OMG!), Hubby and I are going to be spending a year or two on the road again. We will probably be doing a lot of cons we'd not done before. No guarantees, but I'll talk to Hubby...

Plant the seed! It wouldn't have to be during Comic Con, of course, but that makes it a work expense for your dh. We may go this year if I can magic the money for it; the girls are nuts for Firefly & Buffy and Jayne and Spike will be there ((yes, we just let them watch this past year)) and it looks like some cool writing panels.

Couldn't dh come as a speaker? Should I request him? "you know who I'd REALLY like to see!!" and then he could request me to interview him, should we still have a paper, and we'll both be working. See? I will work it out.
