So thanks to
overrrated_____ I'm on a new diet.
and this time i'm sticking to it.
All i have to do is watch the amount of fats I eat.
If something has more than 2grams of fat I won't eat it.
I'll try ths for a week&if theres a difference then i'll stick to it.
Wish me goodluck?
P.S.-I'm also going to start drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
