he's got a hypnotic gaze, you are soooo right. the way he looks at people, head slightly down, eyes slightly raised and lips part sends shivers down your spine. i could NOT take my eyes off of him yesterday and most of my pix are of him when i thought i'd be constantly snapping Brian. ^^

I thought that i would never be able to write slash about them after i saw them live too. *shakes head* it didnt help that the night before i had the astounding realization that they were *gasp* REAL PEOPLE!

*points* sorta what she said. It just might make you fic in a different way, a more real way (not implying that your fic is bad, just saying that you might have more of a sense of who/what they are, like everyone portrays stef as being taken advantage of and so innocent, um...NO!)

Except, I started on the whole slash thing well after I had seen them live. The first time I saw them was in 1999. It was seeing them all over each other in 2003 that pushed me over the edge. And be thankful because Im sure it was the catalyst toward making suckerlove ;)

rougevelvet--->*nods* yah, unknowing to me (yet) maybe this concert will make me write them in a more 'realistic' way. yah, seeing Stef not portrayed as innocent in a fic is like trying to find a needle in a gaystack haystack. actually, from what I noticed at the concert they way he was looking at us...hes NOT innocent, maybe a bit quiet but *shakes head.* no one innocent gives you a look like he does. its very sexy. :p

oh god yes, I can totally pin point in my head, I mean obviously I was into slash before then, but that's what made me need to have EVERY piece of it in existance ;)

They fully groped and bumped and grinded to TIM, then there was the crotchness during PM and there was this bit with Bri on the ground and Stef took his hand and helped him up....my pants were soaked! ;) I took a thousand pictures on a shitty disposable camera bolted to get them developed at this expensive one day place and none of them worked! I was heart broken, so I think from then on I was scared to not have every piece of slash in existance captured ;)

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience from the concert!
I saw them in Brno (CZ) on June 05 and they were absolutely amazing!
It was my first Placebo concert too and I was in the front row as well :)
And I must say that Stef was amazing - he jumped from the stage and was walking just in front of the front row and played! When he came to me, he just stopped and stared at me for a second and then handed me his plectrum! My heart just skipped a beat that moment, it was unbelievable :) I think you know what I am talking about ;)

Sounds like you had a great time! :) I love it when bands/singers play around with the crowd, it always makes a concert more interesting!
