here's the info you wanted, I don't know if you still need it, chances are, someone else has already given you the pros and cons of vaccines. But, if you haven't.. here you go

Hi, I talked to you in the breastfeeding community a while back about PCOS & breastfeeding. I just wanted to see how you were doing. I think you said you were part of a study? I've actually been taking More Milk Special Blend (the one with goat's rue) lately and it's been helping my supply a lot and it made me think of you. I just wanted to check in with you. I hope things are going well.
Hi, sorry it took so long for me reply, I have moved and do not have internet at my new house yet.
Yes, I am part of a study a lady in California is doing on mothers with PCOS and the relationship of that with breastfeeding issues.
I took the More Milk Special Blend along with Metformin, Reglan and Fenugreek. Unfortunately, with all of that on my side, I slowly dried up. I did everything the LC told me to, took all the meds, used a SNS, etc. It has been a trying time for myself and my husband to go through this, but we know that we have done everything in our power to prevent my daughter from being a formula fed baby. I am happy that she got 3 months of nothing but breastmilk and was slowly introduced to formula.
I hope you the best in your journey as a breastfeeder. It is not easy dealing with a low supply, and at times it feels like it would be better to just through your hands in the air and give up. Good luck in getting your supply up!! I hope to talk to you again :)
I'm so sorry it didn't work out for you. I know that must be hard. I have heard some talk that PCOS moms are like breast reduction moms in that each pregnancy and BF experience helps create more breast tissue and make it more likely that you'll be able to breastfeed the next time. I hope that all your hard work, in addition to giving your daughter as much as possible, will help make things easier with the next child.
I understand the frustration and the desire to just give up. I was SO SO close to that with my first son, who was supplemented. I see the benefit of an SNS but in some ways it seems like a torture device.
I have had some succes with the MM Special Blend. My son is older so it's not a matter of supplementing or not it is just about having milk in there when he wants to nurse. I really appreciate the info you shared in the breastfeeding communities because without you and others I wouldn't have known about the Special Blend.
I am hoping to be able to breastfeed longer with my next child (which hopefully will not be for awhile, ha ha). Now I am armed with the knowledge of what PCOS does to my milk supply and how taking Metformin through my pregnancy and nursing will help.
Hi I'm a friend on mommy_2_jazmyn and I was reading your profile. I have to ask the question (not start a debate) just for information purposes...what made you decide to choose not to vaccinate your daughter. Just out of curiousity. I don't know of anyone who has chosen not to vaccinate so I'm curious. If you don't mind giving me some info I'd appreciate it. You don't even have to tell me your feelings or opinions (I know those are personal) but rather just give me the info on things that made you consider not doing it. Thanks for any info you can give. Take care.
This journal is all about me daily life. It has a lot to do with my daughter and my husband and.. well... life. If you are looking for my sexual journal, it's ticklemewet
If you want to be on this journal, that is okay too. But just in case you were seeking my sexual journal...
