I'm feeling the warm glow of your Livejournal generocity. The joys of having something new to read.
Wordy isnt always bad, I know the limit was 5 pages but surely if they wanted more you could just tell them it could easily be padded out with the fight of the singularity, possibly some nice golden age fight scenes in the earlier part

Anyway, keep at it. It's worth nothing that they gave you a critique, which means "We're not going to publish you, but at the same time, we won't use your script to clean up hamster do-do." They said you need more action, so it's worth taking that as an invite to send 'em an action script.

So, you need an interesting twist on what's effectively going to be an action sequence. What are they like about merging genres? Historical-based sci-fi always worked for Doctor Who...Noir sci-fi?
