After much intense practice with Sakaki-sensei, I have had a small breakthrough in my power. My voice once sounded completely inhuman when I used Mesmerismus. But through his careful training, it now sounds much better! I am glad to hear that. It is my goal that hope one day my Mesmerismus will sound exactly like my normal voice.

As long as you don't use it on me. It'll be a lot more to my disadvantage if I can't tell it apart.

I was wondering what that noise was... Congrats on getting it to sound better, I guess.

You've got a pet owl, right? How did you end up getting it? My grandfather used to have a pet scops owl named Tuku when I was young, though I thought the thing was pure evil, since it hated anyone that wasn't my grandfather and would bite everyone else in the family. ...Also, why is it named after a Greek mathematician?

If there were people actually learning the languages that I'd be willing to teach, I'd be more useful than just as the guy who keeps coming to eat your food.

Thank you. I try to keep the noise down but I must practice.

One of our former sempais introduced me to him. The sempai could speak to birds, and this owl had taken an interest in me. Archimedes actually approached sempai's bird and asked about me, and it went from there. He is a kind bird, though. He is wary of most people, but very gentle and caring to some.

As for his name: The sempai in question had a Merlin falcon named Arthur. Continuing that them, I took the name of Merlin's owl in Disney's The Sword in the Stone for my owl.

What languages would you want to teach?

Eh, doesn't really bother me much. Though I think a bit of forewarning when you're about to start doing your practice for that would probably help for the people who end up jumping out of their skin when they first hear it. Even if it is funny to watch happen....Will he bite at all if I try to touch him ( ... )

Perhaps I should move to one of the soundproof music rooms to practice.

He probably will not bite. If you want to try, he likes being scratched on his crest. And if it looks like he might bite, I can move him away from you.

The way I understood it is that they have their own language names for themselves, but let us give them names we can pronounce. It is a way of bonding with us.

I am not sure about those two. But we can try and see who is interested, of you wanted?

While everyone else seems to be busy focusing more on the volume, I did take notice of the change in quality compared to in the past whenever I heard it. It's nice to know things with Sakaki-sensei have been working out so well for you, Lilia-kun~ I'm happy for you~♥

Archie-chan seems to be enjoying himself now that he's not having to be as cooped up as he was in the winter. Seems to have a bigger appetite too, if the lack of tiny woodland critters daring to brave coming near the campus lately is any indication. Terrified rodents aside, though, I'm glad that he's doing well. He seems happy here with you, so I'm sure he'll be staying by your side for a good long while to come~

Who doesn't like learning new languages~? They're tons of fun~! ♥ It was a really good idea on your part to start up the club. Even though my power makes it difficult sometimes to be able to fully appreciate learning new languages since they end up coming so easily to me because of it, it's still been a lot of fun getting to interact with everyone~ Just being ( ... )

I am glad that you think so as well. He has been a good friend to me, especially after... everything that happened before Christmas. I try to be as good a friend in return.

I am glad you think so too. That is part of why I started the club. It is fun interacting with others when learning new languages. Yes, we need to do something with all of the holidays, but which ones? Obon is a must, what else would be good?

As long as he means something to you, I'm sure Archie-chan will be happy to stick by your side~ I imagine he knows how you feel and that he's really important to you, and feels similarly himself knowing that he has you to always return to~♥ And maybe if things turn out for the best, he might even end up choosing to live out the rest of his days by your side ( ... )
