I guess you know you're really into a new hobby when you find yourself trying out variations of it.
This is my first completed attempt at Tunisian crochet: a little bag to put my keys into so they don't poke out of the crocheted backpack I made. (I really don't like lining things, LOL.)
It looks knitted because it's the "knit stitch" variety of Tunisian crochet. I liked doing it though I don't know if I'd ever want to do anything big with it, because it involves getting a LOT of loops on the shaft of the hook, which can get awkward when you have to then keep moving the hook back and forth to pull the yarn through all those loops. Maybe if I want something to look knitted I should try actual knitting again!
The tie-dye looking thing is my lanyard, BTW.
