[Dlanor had something to discuss with Erika, so she'd decided to pay her a visit, but on her way there she encountered the very girl she was looking for.
She approaches Erika from behind, and notes that her gait is awkward; she must have hurt herself somehow. It's of little consequence until Dlanor sees the slowly spreading red stain - as soon as she sees the blood seeping into Erika's clothes, she breaks into a run and is by her master's side in seconds.]
Lady Erika! Lady Erika, what -
[She stops as she realizes just how very familiar the wound on Erika's chest appears.]
[Dlanor is silent for several moments. She could guess what happened (it was obvious, really), and she's angry. And for once, just maybe it shows in her voice.]
......
Lady Erika, no matter how useful your returned items may be, they are useless if you are not in good enough health to use them.
[ Battler can hear her, all right. It was a painfully similar situation to what had happened at the end of the sixth game, although this time he's pretty sure she wouldn't disappear even if he were to will it away in the red. ]
Thanking us... who cares about that at a time like this?! You sound like... you're in excruciating pain... Go get help and thank us all you want later...!!
Don't be an idiot... your condition will get more critical the longer you wait... ahh, what the hell happened to you, anyway? You've got the red back, but you're also hurt...
[ ...Jessica... doesn't like her much, no. But she can't bring herself to ignore a wounded person, especially a younger girl, especially considering how horribly her condition looks. She hesitates a little for a second- but she does rush over to Erika, while yelling; ] What the- what the hell happened to you?! Sh- shouldn't you be going to a hospital or something?!
I must learn my purpose and goal. I had learned so much during our short duel and I never had the chance to appropriately thank you for that, as well as thank you for the chance to play in your gameboard, and to thank both you and Battler for your compassion when defeating me.
...I-I...
[She chokes and coughs, this time from swallowing her pride once again rather than from the vicious wounds she has.]
I wish to battle with you and Battler, not to cause you both suffering and eternal agony, but in hopes of learning more about the 'truth' and about myself.

[She is standing straight and grinning, despite her mouth covered in her own blood.]
