[Not!mom is not amazed.]

This is normal. We usually get a lot of people at one time. A lot of people get droned at once too. It's just what happens.

Perhaps to the untrained eye, mother dearest, but that is certainly not the case.

I keep track of the number of 'where am I? I am confused, worried, or afraid' phonecalls people make when first arriving here.

Grand Masters, huh? This place just keeps getting creepier. Is it really a game, uh (and she sounds a tiny bit amused) Great Detective?

If those in charge think it is a game, who are we to define it as anything else?

I... guess that's a good point. I just hadn't heard the game thing before, but I-- only got here recently, so. Uh. Yeah.

Thinking of it as a game helps things come to light more easily. It's useful as a detective!

...Oh? What are you thinking, Ushiromiya Lion?

I'm thinking that whoever is in charge of this place must love to toy with people's lives enough to throw them away when they're bored and bring in new ones for their amusement.

Honestly, the more I hear people refer to these situations as "games", the more fitting the term seems to be.

You've met Master Bernkastel. You should have realized the importance of a 'game' and the cruelty a long, long time ago, even if you spent only a short time with her.

It may be nothing more than a change in how they function; it may also be the beginning of a new phase of some sort!

It will take time to make an accurate conclusion.

The only thing about this place I care about learning is where the nearest exit is. Which nobody seems to have found yet, so...

sue_of_truth January 16 2011, 02:47:06 UTC
Of course not! Finding that would end the mystery and the story is not nearly finished yet.

Would you play a game with me, Great Detective-oneechan?

... ... ...

I'm not sure if a child should be playing the sort of games I would.

It's okay if you're scared of losing. My luck is unbeatable.

Losing? Furudo Erika does not lose, especially to a child.
