Hart break.

I'm slightly disappointed that no-one on my friend's list (well, the uk ones anyhow) have expressed their sadness at the death of Tony Hart.

The man was a legend.

And, in Morph he had the best sidekick since Muttley ( Read more... )

It's been a bad week for deaths, McGoohan, Montalban, the guy that wrote Rumpole and now Tony.

Yup, not good at all...

When Peter O Toole dies I'm going to get very drunk indeed, I think.

I only found out this morning, it is indeed sad. I remember sending in a water scene made with oragami fish for the Gallery but it never got featured. I hadn't realised he'd designed the Blue Peter badge, I've got one of those somewhere.

I think lots of people seem to be on a reading kick this year after a barren 2008, I think I'm on my 15th book or something since I got out here. Sxx

You got a Blue Peter badge? Bastard...

I once got a badge with Wordy on it, but I have no idea if you know what the hell I'm talking about.

It was only a runners-up one, but still counts. Was for designing Santa's World from what I remember, didn't see it on the TV though ;o(

I had to google it but I do remember Wordy, very disturbing creature. Sxx

I am sad about Tony Hart.
I was scared of Morph, though.

I preferred Chas - I identified with him, worryingly.

Mr Bennett freaked me out a little, though.

People are dropping like flies and it's really depressing me, do people always die at this rate but it's only now that they are ALL people I know about and rate as human beings :(

Tony Harts death was really sad and if I hadn't been ill my plan for my 365day flickr shot was to make my own morph with plastecine but it never happened, I listened to a radio 2 phone in and everyone's lovely memories nearly made me cry.

I'm sure that if I still blogged I would have talked about it, but I'm out of words atm.

I'm glad you're still posting on Flickr in that case - a picture tells... and all that.

Incidentally - Dan Brown?
