I love this. I squealed at a few parts, because it's glorious. His Star Trek reference, and the Star Wars reference! How he compares himself to Lukas, how he knows that's how he should be, but he's just not able to be there yet. It takes him a little more time, he needs to come to his own startling realizations (and the way he did reach it, with something as stupid and mundane as a blanket, is just wonderful). That's how these things are meant to be - when you're ready to realize what you need to do, it's not from some huge event or heart-stopping moment. It's just some tiny little thing that suddenly makes sense of everything.
I can't wait to read more of this! It really is lovely and has such a nice feel to it. I'm just glad to read something with Holger! Everyone else who's written him has written in German, so I appreciate you translating it. :)
Yay! I'm glad you liked it! :D And yay for Star Wars and Star Trek. XD More people should appreciate them.
I'm also happy that you liked the blanket moment. I think that tiny things like that make life what it is and they're more powerful than the big stuff.
I'll translate the next chapter ASAP, but it's longer than this so it might take some time.

I loved the way you wrote them. How insecure Holger felt. How Lukas seemed to don't care for his own mistake. The Serbja game was such an odd moment!
Please keep posting!:)

._. Yes, it was. I'm really happy you're reading this story and commenting and I'd write a better reply if I wasn't so sad right now.
