Any one of those things alone would be scary and frustrating, but when they pile on you like that, they turn overwhelming. So it's okay to feel overwhelmed for a while. But then pick one thing to focus on, tackle it as much as you can, and see if you can get it down to size and off the pile. Hoard your spoons.
IT is really a hell of a lot when it is all down there together. Wow! I am so glad to hear that you are getting better help from the DR and some therapy time. "Offical" recognition of a problem can be a big help. I wish there was something more concrete I could do to help you, but my next few months are going to be quite nuts. I love you though, and I am glad to hear you are having Xmas with just your sister and Em. Your brother can go jump.
