Here are the details on the services for Sean Neill.
The viewing will be Monday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM at McGuinness Funeral Home located at 573 Egg Harbor Road in Washington Township, New Jersey 08080. web site address is www.mcgfuneral.com. 856-582-3800.
Tuesday morning 9 AM at the funeral home with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes, 500 Greentree Road in Glassboro New Jersey, 08080 and final internment at Hillside Cemetery in Township. A luncheon is planned immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, because Sean wasn't big on frilly things,the family has decided that we would like to encourage our friends and family to send a donation to The Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps. The information is listed below,
We felt this appropriate so that someone less fortunate could have the opportunity to experience the same thrill of marching as Sean. He dearly loved the drum corps activity and was very passionate about it...now someone will march in his honor.
The following is a note we received from Bob Jacobs, the direct of The Jersey Surf, that brings our feelings into clear perspective.
Frank:
As I write this to you, my eyes are filled with tears, and my heart could not be heavier.
I can't imagine your grief, but it's important that you know that I share in it, and that you and your wife and family have been in my thoughts and prayers since I heard the news over the weekend. For the remainder of my time as the director of this corps, we will honor and remember the dedication and commitment that your son brought to the corps, and the joy of performance that he shared with the other members of the Jersey Surf.
