Oh yeah he does!! It was awful to watch him playing for Real Madrid but I couldn't stop smiling when I saw his number.

how did xabi play? heard that he got bruises in his knee...n they'll do scan today! please let me know more on it... if u know something

He played well but I didn't see him as much as when he played in Liverpool. He has to learn to play with his new team (how I hate saying those words!). Plus I think it will be more difficult for him this year because of the lack of defending (?) spirit in Real. Yesterday, the score was 5-0 for Real but it could have been 5-3 or 5-4. Xabi was often very near of Casillas as a real defender because there was fire in the defense. Although we could still watch some quality passes from him and he seems to play well with Kaka.

I don't know about the knee. It looked very bad when he was laying on the pitch. But yesterday, when he had to go out, he didn't go to the changing room, he went to sit on the bench so I don't think it was very serious. I hope it's not...
